Subtle storytelling rivaling Hideaki Anno!

This is an amazing short. The art, design, color sceme and music all complement the message beautifully. It has a Spielburg/Anno quality that is touching as well as mesmerising. The black.red colorscheme was truly remarkable. You did a fantastic job.

From what I understand the story goes like this.
*The man's family dies
*He loses his religion
*He kills himself
*He is in purgatory
*He goes to heaven

Some of the reviewers thought he went to purgatory, then hell, but that would be impossible. People who go to hell don't want forgiveness. Everyone who ends up in purgatory, will eventually go to heaven. It may, though, take quite a while.

Anyway this is a fantastic existencial short and a testament to the ingenuity of Flash users.

i dont say its purgatory....one because i don't believe it. its just basically the short spiritualy journey from death to heaven

The hell?!

WHen you make a flash animation... try to add some animation next time. Wade can have his moments of anger and maybe be a bit trigger happy with his abilities but no one deserves something as badly done as this as their satirical animation roast. If you want to do that use the frames feature in flash to make it more interesting. I think even Wade would be happy to see at least that. And how the HELL does that need 4 MB! I could make a website with that much data!

[Four Minutes (Part 2)]

I thought it was pretty good

The action was good but needed more complex choreography and needed to be quicker. You are very talented but I felt as though you had diffaculty getting it finished. Make sure you have a production team that really wants to show they can bring your vision to the screen. Some of the acting was a little weak. Overall you and your group did a great job. I actually would like to know if you would like someone to animate it in rotoscope/ freehand animation. I would love to do that. If anyone reading this loves action films I would recommend this submission.

A great tribute to the work of a great artist.

I am a fan and aquaintance of Messa chan and this is a great representation of her work. If you collaborated with her on a project it would be great. The song you picked was great. I hope this movie is Protected. Great work.

Wow thanks, I would enjoy working with Messa. But allas, I cannot seem to reach her. Thus a collab does not seem to gleam in the near future. It would have been nice though... I would've liked to make more animation than some hair blowing in the wind and fingers moving.

[Mr.Kiwi's Story]

A simple yet sweet flash with a bit of comedy too.

I liked this because it is cute and it is a great exanple of a simple concept that is well implemented for it's style. The characters are interesting enough to keep the focus of the viewer without distracting from the story. Nice work.
