[My Lost Valentine]

Very moving, beautiful.

Artistically, this was an excellent film. The message was touching and I found I could easily relate to it. The animation and action script were pretty solid too. This was a profound tribute. On the whole the only problem was that it was a bit short, but I feel it wasn't meant to be long or epic. I could never have guessed a user with a name like yours could create something this beautiful. Great work.

I thought it was very oiginal. Highly recommended.

The story and art direction were really cool. You chose a good song too. The concepts you introduce were really original and cool. THe animaion was kind of lazy and incredibly simple but, I think it doesn't really hurt the storytelling. Add some more frame by fame work and you have a realy professional animation going.

AMAZING Truly Brilliant!!!

This is an important statement but also... a FANTASTIC animation! The style was so awesome and cool. I love how you had the lines on one layer and a gradient on the other and just erased to draw your shirt. IT WAS SOOOOOO COOL!!! Good job! This flash is also quite atmospheric and... Hilarious.

Awesome spoof, Boe was awesome.

I think the sequel was better but, this really had its mments. I espescially like the burly brawl and mirovingian sequences. I feel ke they were a bit too critical of the 3rd movie but, it was still brilliant comedy.

The hell?!

WHen you make a flash animation... try to add some animation next time. Wade can have his moments of anger and maybe be a bit trigger happy with his abilities but no one deserves something as badly done as this as their satirical animation roast. If you want to do that use the frames feature in flash to make it more interesting. I think even Wade would be happy to see at least that. And how the HELL does that need 4 MB! I could make a website with that much data!

Really great short! 10 stars

I really liked this. It is a very powerful animation. The actual style of the animation was quite simple. I mean, the art was interesting, but JAZZA uses really simple animation to tell an incredibly deep story. I can see this animation being re done by a more technical artist, but this is still above and beyond the call of a Newgrounds artist. Please watch and be inspired.

Wow! An amazing moment for Flash History!

I have never seen such a high quality flash EVER before. You may have reached a hallmark. Adam has created an atmosphere dense with original characters and amazing vistas. The style of this video and the Brackenwood series in general is unmatched. Very few series get close to being so immersive and interesting. The art style is very unique and the water! Adam Phillups is a proffessional water artist (literally) and it shows. His skill rendering water comes in handy for many other textures as well, but that isn't the extent of his ability. He has mastered character design an innovated in producing the movement and behavior of creatures that are totally original. Even the saskwatch seems like a new creature when h animates it. He adds so much to its personality and has even developed multiple mannerisms and personas for eachindividual. Tere is a species with no identifying marking of indivduality whatsoever but he makes them each seem to be thinking on their own and planning things their way through body language and facial expressions. NONE of the characters ever talk except on species of characters, but they are only so in order to help express how weird THEY are. Adam plays with social interaction themes and complex psychological problems in such simple and hilarious ways that you can see them for what they are, bt not be bored by them. He can manipulate humiliation and regret skillfully. He can distort and confuse you while amusing you and tells a story without having to slow down. I think this and a few other of his creations deserve academie award nominations. You WILL laugh unless you aren't feeling well, but in that case you WILL laugh because there is no way you could be having a worse day than Bitey. Bitey is the loveable, hateable, fallguy faun. I havfe never seen a speechless character with so much depth since Nck Pakers Gromit. If you are interested in art, flash, or just looking for a good laugh I would strongly reccomend Waterlollies! Oh yeah it's really weird too!!!

Great series but Protential not fully grasped

I thought it was great but I think you could go another step. A comic book is a good idea but a movie would be much more interesting. If you could do a fusion of tweens and FBF it would be much more exciting and action scenes would be greatly improved. A lot of people complain about the economic basis of you choices but I believe you are going into comic books and stuff because you feel more comfortable working through that medium. This one was a bit short but I think it was an appropriately developed ending. Don't forget what your dreams are and keep up the great work!
